  • Hand-peeling of each log is done with a drawknife.
  • Each log is cut to fit exactly in the space needed, with a chainsaw, chisel or ax.
  • The house is pre-assembled log by log in our lot in Idaho.
  • Once stacked, the logs are pre-drilled for the Houseal Non-settling System™, which will be installed at the job site.
  • The home is disassembled, and loaded onto trucks for transport.
  • The same crew who assembled your home in our lot will travel to your build site and install your log structure.
  • Once the home is complete, stain and chinking will be added to seal your home.
