Unlike dealers or builders who are part of a sales network, our Client Representatives are full-time PrecisionCraft employees. This means that their primary job is to serve as your representative, and they are readily available to communicate with you via telephone, email, and in-person. This includes travel to meet with you at your build site, no matter where your property is located.
Knowledgeable
PrecisionCraft client representatives have decades of experience. Your representative spends each day working hand-in-hand with the Architects of M.T.N Design and PrecisionCraft’s dedicated Construction Managers. They understand every aspect of the custom wood home process and use that knowledge to help you find the best solutions for your project.
Accountability
As a full-time employee, your PrecisionCraft client representative is dedicated to your needs. Unlike an independent dealer who may give priority to the needs of their private business, your PrecisionCraft representative is held accountable to our company processes, policies, and timelines.
Part of a Team of Specialists
During the first stages of building your custom home, your PrecisionCraft Client Representative helps you understand how our process works and focuses on helping you set project parameters. These parameters range from clarifying your design needs to setting budget goals and construction schedules. Once you are ready to move into the design phase, your M.T.N designer will take primary position. Your PrecisionCraft Construction Manager will take the reins when you move into the first construction phase.
